Holyland community
We are community that started since 1958 in Bethlehem to help Christians artists that work in olive wood carving , by selling there products. The Holyland community started when the Christians families in Bethlehem started to emigrate outside the Holy Land due to the lack of jobs for them, financial problems, and their marginalization in society . We sell in our website products that are made by different Christian families and all of the products are hand made by Christian artists. Now (2023) holyland community helps more than 152 Christian family from Bethlehem .
At HolyLand Community we recognize the urging need of Christians around the world for religious and ecclesiastical artifacts connecting them spiritually to the Holy Land; we combine all our resources to achieve this objective through creating attractive, decorative and meaningful memorable products symbolizing the Holy Land spirit.
Over seventy years of experienced management, at HolyLand Community we follow day-to-day systematic procedures to insure excellent workmanship of our products, selected kiln dried wood, qualified artisans, adequate row materials, strict inspection of every finished item and a lot of patience, are one of our combined recipes to produce satisfactory quality and provide efficient service.
HolyLand Community is an environment friendly firm, throughout all our production process we use only the wood resulting from pruning olive trees. We never use the wood of illegally rooted out trees.
